Activation

Activate and Label
You can find your new eSIM under Settings > Network & internet > SIMs, in the "Downloaded SIM" section.
Tap your new eSIM and activate it by selecting Use SIM. We also recommend giving it a custom name — for example, "Simvify Italy" — by tapping the edit icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Enable Mobile Data and Roaming
Finally, after activating your new eSIM, make sure to enable both Mobile Data and Roaming.
We recommend:
- Install your eSIM before your trip, and activate it during your flight or once you’ve arrived at your destination.
- Disable your local carrier line (do NOT delete it) — only keep your SIMVIFY line active.
