How do I activate an eSIM?

Your eSIM will be sent to your email or WhatsApp as a QR code immediately after purchase. To ensure it installs correctly, you must scan the QR code while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network, and your phone must NOT be in airplane mode. The installation steps are very simple:

    1. Scan the QR code with your camera.
    2. Click “Add Data Plan.”
    3. Label your new eSIM with the name of your destination + Simvify—that way, you won't get confused!
    4. Select the new Simvify eSIM as the default for “cellular data” and “voice line”
    5. Remember to turn on data roaming.

Can I use WhatsApp with Simvify's eSIM?

Yes, you can use WhatsApp with an eSIM just as you normally would. When you set up the eSIM, you’ll keep your WhatsApp number, along with all your chats and contacts. You don’t have to worry about losing touch with your friends and family while traveling. However, keep in mind that video calls on WhatsApp use a lot of data. We suggest you stick to sending messages whenever possible.

Does an eSIM give you a phone number?

If you order it today, we'll schedule it for shipment tomorrow. If you need it urgently because you're traveling today, we can ship it today via express delivery.
